Grant Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Grant P18 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Grant P18 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the P18 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our P18 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Graseby-Volkmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Graseby parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Graseby-Volkmann such as the AD02V4B3CH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 72013G2 manufactured by Graseby and we are pleased to be able to service most Graseby systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC916B by Manufacturer Gse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Group-Four Brand G4BB250A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as LCD150098 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C20SR2BIMP made by Habonim as well as the popular 44039U original spares produced by Hbm
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 03027A7176 by Hayssen and LCD150098 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 48040001001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gse.
