Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dodge Brand 140WM21F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reeeves such as 112E18 equipment made by Reeeves have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reeeves products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reeeves" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 002077370 made by Amat as well as the popular 027007600 original spares produced by Hub
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1150T50S53A by Falk and 112E18 spares by Reeeves are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 001613B1111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tandler.
