Graco Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Graco Titan and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Graco Titan include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Titan if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Titan repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Harland-Simon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hammond-Manufacturing product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Harland-Simon such as the H4890P1446 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 55764712 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 142660 by Manufacturer Hammond-Manufacturing as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand 39369256 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D3422C3 by Hach and VFD spares by Hampden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
