Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hd-Baumann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grossel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Haas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hd-Baumann such as the 32245885 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 910004020P manufactured by Grossel and we are pleased to be able to service most Grossel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM2102117 by Manufacturer Haas as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Harowe Brand 21BRCX500HC7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hangkai such as 48V equipment made by Hangkai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hangkai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hangkai" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C20SR2BIMP made by Habonim as well as the popular 124553E12 original spares produced by Hangkai
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 21102 by Hach and 48V spares by Hangkai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET65L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hangkai.
