Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gorman-rupp 47631-101 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Harold-Beck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gulmay parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Harold-Beck such as the 273010439220201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP1006 manufactured by Gulmay and we are pleased to be able to service most Gulmay systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36860403 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Grant Brand P12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Greenlee-Tools such as 33554 equipment made by Greenlee-Tools have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Greenlee-Tools products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Greenlee-Tools" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H4890P1444 made by Harland-Simon as well as the popular 29546634 original spares produced by Heidenhain

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP2XP by Gusher-Pump and 33554 spares by Greenlee-Tools are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 36216854 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
