Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Goring-Kerr TK2012/100K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moritex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Acs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the UNI3402LFT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the US195P0003E manufactured by Moritex and we are pleased to be able to service most Moritex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SB214ND1 by Manufacturer Acs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Telesis Brand TMP1700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as YT212003BT equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VS5D6403BMEM00 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular YT204001BP original spares produced by Asea

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM200EZH by Mitsubishi and YT212003BT spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZT8910162 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ziatech.
