Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Good-Year 8GTR-2000-62 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grant parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Helical product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the B2262 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STFSize300 manufactured by Grant and we are pleased to be able to service most Grant systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 02773274MN1200015303 by Manufacturer Helical as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heynau Brand GZ4V60MGX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Greenlee such as 659 equipment made by Greenlee have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Greenlee products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Greenlee" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1401R made by Hitachi as well as the popular L41630 original spares produced by Hamilton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GRG8210116 by Grove and 659 spares by Greenlee are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 022003535066 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hub-City.
