Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings--Lewis 401-57464-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hand-Held-Products-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gigatronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gsanger product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hand-Held-Products-Inc such as the 4710LR121CK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80401A manufactured by Gigatronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Gigatronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LM81M99 by Manufacturer Gsanger as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hankison Brand 482090046 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gs-Dezurik such as M74DA equipment made by Gs-Dezurik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gs-Dezurik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gs-Dezurik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 325550J made by Haas as well as the popular 4023V original spares produced by Haas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D3422B3 by Hach and M74DA spares by Gs-Dezurik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YY7122 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gw-Industry-Leeson.
