Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gettys M321-P70A-T0CC-AH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gettys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gec-Alsthom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gettys such as the M235YY0A300SPD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LD825EJR2307 manufactured by Gec-Alsthom and we are pleased to be able to service most Gec-Alsthom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2VA80B4 by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand L1508T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Idc such as IDCNH315A18MF1MT1DB equipment made by Idc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LS620ELR2300Z made by Parvex as well as the popular KBLM6180GDA original spares produced by Super-Vexta

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L56CS42644165 by Hawker-Siddeley and IDCNH315A18MF1MT1DB spares by Idc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 124000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
