Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gettys M131-H6CB-960F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Benshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Benshaw such as the RS67546012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC677877K15GUSB manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R43HEAAR2NSNV00 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MDF60A00755A3400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldwin such as M900 equipment made by Baldwin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldwin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldwin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PRI48 made by Elma-/act as well as the popular RMSCU1000 original spares produced by Robertshaw

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NFG3B250L by Ite and M900 spares by Baldwin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC11001022 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
