Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General-Electric IC2820B200AF32E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Logitek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Logitek such as the VAA3422D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R2GE02E2MSBD manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 51304421200 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hart-advance Brand 203898 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ingersol-Rand such as 54410931 equipment made by Ingersol-Rand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ingersol-Rand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ingersol-Rand" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC6302 made by Metrabyte as well as the popular CJ1WB7A04 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GVB12 by Ite and 54410931 spares by Ingersol-Rand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR7075A1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
