Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General-Electric HGS2MT5119 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jaidinger-Mfg-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Potter product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the F60C18971 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6500061 manufactured by Jaidinger-Mfg-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Jaidinger-Mfg-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDR1311 by Manufacturer Potter as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Makino Brand 2ENP13084 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as CJ1WB7A04 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R8GFD6E2MS made by Ite as well as the popular 4150224004 original spares produced by Hurco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z5160FF250 by Moeller and CJ1WB7A04 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DI115S3A0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Logitek.
