Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General Electric 36C696957AA004 AN-DG-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hi-lo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Good-Year parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Graham/seisa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hi-lo such as the 265X118 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D245014M40 manufactured by Good-Year and we are pleased to be able to service most Good-Year systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPP042MU2S by Manufacturer Graham/seisa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Green-Cast-Iron Brand SUZ03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Graessner such as 1106FL000005 equipment made by Graessner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Graessner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Graessner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B2660 made by Good-Year as well as the popular 100HA original spares produced by Helicoid

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HD2550xxxxxxxxJPN by Harmonic-Drive and 1106FL000005 spares by Graessner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
