Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General-Electric 12ACR11C9A ACR11C9A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Woodward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nordson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eldec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Woodward such as the 8272286A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 771035 manufactured by Nordson and we are pleased to be able to service most Nordson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5250062 by Manufacturer Eldec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Accu-Sort Brand 104638001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Diversified such as 651008541 equipment made by Diversified have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Diversified products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Diversified" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 143679 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 1G1E0A original spares produced by Warrick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7622209010 by Rfpp and 651008541 spares by Diversified are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1D1D1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warrick.
