Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General-Automation 50D00015A-21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Graceland-Ferray-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gigatronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Graseby-/-Volkmann-20030eag1a product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Graceland-Ferray-Products such as the 81005P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80401A manufactured by Gigatronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Gigatronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20030EAG1A by Manufacturer Graseby-/-Volkmann-20030eag1a as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Grove-Gear Brand NHBMQ83060R56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gse such as 9250 equipment made by Gse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12456424 made by Gm as well as the popular MACs original spares produced by Gilderfluke

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PB9M3RF0 by Grace and 9250 spares by Gse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CUE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grundfos.
