Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems 160195 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gf-Signet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hohner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hk-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gf-Signet such as the 32536P0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IN96AC2S61A00003 manufactured by Hohner and we are pleased to be able to service most Hohner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2138132 by Manufacturer Hk-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand 53639701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Georg-Fischer such as 328211 equipment made by Georg-Fischer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Georg-Fischer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Georg-Fischer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RLP31100 made by Goyen as well as the popular 28806 original spares produced by Gems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15BRCX601K10E by Harowe and 328211 spares by Georg-Fischer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 612X9HTIIIII7E16L41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
