Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gefran GF_VEDO ML-104CT-XE0-00-00-G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Digital product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the IWS127 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC12HI3T23NTA manufactured by Dynics and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP530TC11GP430XY31 by Manufacturer Digital as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand IPC677 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumtak such as LGF045100 equipment made by Sumtak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumtak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumtak" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GL350 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular MI4161TC1 original spares produced by Klockner-Moeller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M35A001Z541MC1101518158001 by Baldor and LGF045100 spares by Sumtak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ICC5000CNC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron.
