Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gec Alsthom MVAA16B1AA0761A MVAA 4MVAA16-4N01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hartman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Muirhead parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Halmar-Robicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hartman such as the A711MB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C403GL manufactured by Muirhead and we are pleased to be able to service most Muirhead systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 240ZCFK2 by Manufacturer Halmar-Robicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitsubishi Brand PM911C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Merlin-Gerin such as NS800H3F20 equipment made by Merlin-Gerin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin-Gerin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin-Gerin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EB3CR10D made by Idec as well as the popular F60C18971 original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3603A177CG6 by General-Electric and NS800H3F20 spares by Merlin-Gerin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 92054584 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leach.
