Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gec Alsthom LFAA102S50005B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valcor-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 3UA66003B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V7060002 manufactured by Valcor-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Valcor-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XPSECM5131 by Manufacturer Schneider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Telemecanique Brand CR1F185M7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Te-Connectivity such as 7022AF equipment made by Te-Connectivity have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Te-Connectivity products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Te-Connectivity" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A104D12X3 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular VN06SP original spares produced by St-Microelectronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XPSDME1132P by Schneider and 7022AF spares by Te-Connectivity are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 286368 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wago.
