Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gec-Alsthom DL165N-22 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gen-Rad products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gecalsthom product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gen-Rad such as the 900LB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 46AEBAA1000G3UZ manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC19SA5528 by Manufacturer Gecalsthom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Getty Brand M232G50A900PAH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gli such as D63H1N1A1A1N equipment made by Gli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gli" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 36586 by Gf-Signet and D63H1N1A1A1N spares by Gli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 76003G32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graseby-Volkmann.
