Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC693BEM341-W parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Getriebebau-Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Getrag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Graham product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Getriebebau-Nord such as the D22941 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDPM01621 manufactured by Getrag and we are pleased to be able to service most Getrag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 175H8881 by Manufacturer Graham as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Giddings--Lewis Brand A10806030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gildemeister such as 170430302000 equipment made by Gildemeister have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gildemeister products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gildemeister" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 108514040 made by Georg-Fisher as well as the popular P2014655L original spares produced by George-Kovacs

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD216RFT11 by Globe-Electric-Company and 170430302000 spares by Gildemeister are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 214036 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graco.
