Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gates 14M-2100-125 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foote parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wittenstein product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the 182DM3A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16DBV manufactured by Foote and we are pleased to be able to service most Foote systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1M12S by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ntn Brand 23224B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mixco such as 231F662 equipment made by Mixco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mixco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mixco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 165M made by Hub as well as the popular 22HMXH2A original spares produced by Falk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 280014MGT85 by Gates and 231F662 spares by Mixco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 175HR03000101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sterling.
