Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 69253001 manufactured by Gai-Tronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Gai-Tronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3TF68440C by Manufacturer Siemens as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fuyu Brand FSL80E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Garvac such as ACMIVA222417 equipment made by Garvac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Garvac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Garvac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E32 made by Garvens as well as the popular 14M43S68E original spares produced by Gates
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100253103 by Gammametrics and ACMIVA222417 spares by Garvac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
