Fuji Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Fuji FTU and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Fuji FTU include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FTU if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our FTU repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 125D5788G0001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A14B0046B005 manufactured by Fujitsu-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fujitsu-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FVR077S2 by Manufacturer Fuji-Electric as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand 10335 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 12HFA154B49H equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESB106 by Gamma-Electrotechnik and 12HFA154B49H spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
