Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji FSD-11S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Avtron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gem80 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avtron such as the M737A1D240BC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GEM80 manufactured by Gem80 and we are pleased to be able to service most Gem80 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3655A117D3A1EA by Manufacturer Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand LGL36400U31X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as IC3600STDC1G equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JDB2225 made by Cutler-hammer as well as the popular IC600CP211 original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600ADAF1 by Ge-Fanuc and IC3600STDC1G spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
