Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji-Electric PXZ4RAY2-4VC26-D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Df-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the TAPG17K215S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 64030400010401 manufactured by Df-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Df-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSE541R06 by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ramsey Brand 104226E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Radio-energie such as RE0444R equipment made by Radio-energie have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Radio-energie products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Radio-energie" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BK23001253230 made by R+w as well as the popular Q120DR12VAI original spares produced by Mean-Well

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DB200 by Quaid-Technologies and RE0444R spares by Radio-energie are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RT500S3WH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ranger.
