Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric NP1S-22 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nireco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maxthermo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pilz product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nireco such as the TM1400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC5438MC5438201000 manufactured by Maxthermo and we are pleased to be able to service most Maxthermo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSSSBDI8O8 by Manufacturer Pilz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand IC600BF923K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omega such as CN371KC5 equipment made by Omega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omega" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C250HLOD213MK made by Omron as well as the popular PXW7 original spares produced by Fuji-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QD75P2 by Mitsubishi and CN371KC5 spares by Omega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRO5P200GK9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Glassman.
