Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Frenic such as the FRN15G9S4EX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25204 manufactured by Gardner-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gardner-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JM2AD by Manufacturer Futek as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Futek Brand FSH00645 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Galil-Motion-Control such as DMC4030 equipment made by Galil-Motion-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Galil-Motion-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Galil-Motion-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 45314017 made by Ge as well as the popular E13DLIKAL2 original spares produced by Foxboro
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FMD15AC22 by Fuji and DMC4030 spares by Galil-Motion-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1342 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
