Flexlink Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Flexlink XLCR and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Flexlink XLCR include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XLCR if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XLCR repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Frog-Navigation-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Froude parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Force product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Frog-Navigation-Systems such as the FrogGyro spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A6013300A manufactured by Froude and we are pleased to be able to service most Froude systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 930414501 by Manufacturer Force as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fujitsu-Fanuc Brand A13B0034B001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fronius such as RCU equipment made by Fronius have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fronius products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fronius" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PHL11B11E10YV by Fuji and RCU spares by Fronius are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
