Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Finlandia-Interface SR 926380 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Finn-aqua products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fischer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Finn-aqua such as the 31274V9206 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5020255601 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 53MC5212A21AAXXXXX by Manufacturer Fischer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fisher Brand FISHERPN33B7073X012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fischer such as 50US3145BBB equipment made by Fischer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fischer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fischer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 41B8558X0A2 made by Fisher as well as the popular 42112 original spares produced by Fisher-Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3N880N by Finn-power and 50US3145BBB spares by Fischer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TL101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher-Control.
