Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Field QS0100.UA04A.19DA1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fischer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fischer such as the 53MC1111A1BBX1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2412D20NVP66C manufactured by Fisher-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 39A1891X012 by Manufacturer Fisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fisher-Rosemount Brand CL6872 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fisher such as KM130445A0644X042 equipment made by Fisher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fisher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fisher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CL7663X1BA5 made by Fisher-Rosemount as well as the popular CL7015X1A3 original spares produced by Fisher

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1044725 by Fincor and KM130445A0644X042 spares by Fisher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 104782001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nidec.
