Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc IC670GB1002G IC670MDL640J IC670MDL740J parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wells-Brookfield product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the LCD121017 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMMFP02 manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LVDVICP115 by Manufacturer Wells-Brookfield as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand LS3101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trend such as IQ34002K4096 equipment made by Trend have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trend products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trend" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC411B2BN624A801G51 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular IS5100C00 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC697CPX782HD by Fanuc and IQ34002K4096 spares by Trend are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LC2100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
