Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc GP570-LG21-24V,GP570LG2124V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mfm-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the YPHY3102010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BDC3000 manufactured by Mfm-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Mfm-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711PK10C4B12711PK10C4B2 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Proface Brand GP2500T4224V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quick-Panel such as QPJDVN202C equipment made by Quick-Panel have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711T9C12711T9C32711T9C8 by Allen-Bradley and QPJDVN202C spares by Quick-Panel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
