Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A06B-6088-H230#H500 D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Festo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fasco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A05B2301C315A05B2301C315 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 150867PD13 manufactured by Festo and we are pleased to be able to service most Festo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 88B1 by Manufacturer Fasco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Federal-Signal Brand 2005023H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ferrari-Arzignano such as ST8090 equipment made by Ferrari-Arzignano have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HEDS550F14 by Faulhaber and ST8090 spares by Ferrari-Arzignano are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C44112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Federal-Pioneer.
