Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A02B-0303-K150 - A87L-0001-0215#001GB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flex-Cable products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hamamatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fireye product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flex-Cable such as the FCCFBM6DFCBAFM005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R26803AX9393 manufactured by Hamamatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Hamamatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 72DRT1 by Manufacturer Fireye as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand 44C331890G01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fireye such as PS3487 equipment made by Fireye have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fireye products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fireye" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CR174JT10E0 made by General-Electric as well as the popular DP7000 original spares produced by Fireye

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S9M5kN by Hbm and PS3487 spares by Fireye are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L2338Q10237 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Futek.
