Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Exlar T2M075-0602-NRM-HD-138-40-230-IA4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fabco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Faith-Enterprise product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B2001086001AA05B2316C107 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP158X12X3X3FFDR manufactured by Fabco and we are pleased to be able to service most Fabco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MGHSM301 by Manufacturer Faith-Enterprise as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fafnir Brand 9310W12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as A02B0099C183 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 3058THMJ made by Facts-Engineering as well as the popular A87L00010105 original spares produced by Hitachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F71010PSB4G6 by Boston-Gear and A02B0099C183 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 16TA02B0120C041TARN01970 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
