Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRZ24015KUL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS301N manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B6088H226 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Newport Brand 504 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nova such as 3165610000 equipment made by Nova have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FreqrolE500 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 5445 original spares produced by Pacific
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FEMLS7A1312 by Honeywell and 3165610000 spares by Nova are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
