Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Esterline-Scientific-Columbus XLPV 20-6070 XLPW20-6070 XLPE3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Chromalox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eurotherm product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Chromalox such as the TMIS1XX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3BSE018104R1 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2204NSVHRFXXXMXXAU91 by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eurotherm Brand 818STCR4MA20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yokogawa such as YMA11A1A equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1771P2 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular TZ4ST24R original spares produced by Autonics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1746OA16 by Allen-Bradley and YMA11A1A spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5334B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Agilent.
