Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the England HD-PSC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Euchner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Esterline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eupec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Euchner such as the TP2528A024M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7002scaa manufactured by Esterline and we are pleased to be able to service most Esterline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TT425N14KOF23K3 by Manufacturer Eupec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand ETP615900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Erhardt--Leimer such as QC1009633FX5030 equipment made by Erhardt--Leimer have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HS208LR by Escort and QC1009633FX5030 spares by Erhardt--Leimer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
