Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser PMC71-SBY1FBRAANA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Epic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Esec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Erni product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Epic such as the 52575 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40241610 manufactured by Esec and we are pleased to be able to service most Esec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3710098402 by Manufacturer Erni as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Epic Brand 22857 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Engineering-Measurements such as 150211 equipment made by Engineering-Measurements have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Engineering-Measurements products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Engineering-Measurements" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Ecolyzer4000 made by Energetics-Science as well as the popular 7002scaa original spares produced by Esterline

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BRDDRVH by Esi and 150211 spares by Engineering-Measurements are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2131 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Enlode.
