Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser PMC631-G21P1M1DYY parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Entegris products, including obsoleted and phased-out Etamic-Movomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Flex-core product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Entegris such as the ES0205880308001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E330233012 manufactured by Etamic-Movomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Etamic-Movomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CTL5000T by Manufacturer Flex-core as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Endress--Hauser Brand DK9CB10400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Futek such as L2350 equipment made by Futek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Futek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Futek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2200BGG2002A3UA made by Gems as well as the popular 32501 original spares produced by Ez-Logic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A8600301T002 by Fanuc and L2350 spares by Futek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A8602110X011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
