Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress--Hauser FTM31D-G4KP13 L1 16.0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flow-Line parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fireye product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the SELA36AT0100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LZ101402 manufactured by Flow-Line and we are pleased to be able to service most Flow-Line systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6122752 by Manufacturer Fireye as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fis Brand ZA071832 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Futurestar such as 40000166 equipment made by Futurestar have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTM31DG4KP13L1160 by Endress--Hauser and 40000166 spares by Futurestar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 933630116 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo.
