Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser FTL51H-RTE2CC4E5A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Erfurt-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress--Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Energy-Concepts product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Erfurt-Electronic such as the 337170491 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16TASABF3F1BMR1 manufactured by Endress--Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress--Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24730 by Manufacturer Energy-Concepts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Engineering-Concepts-Unlimited Brand FEX3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Entrelec such as 10260811 equipment made by Entrelec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Entrelec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Entrelec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CPM253 made by Endress--Hauser as well as the popular TMT162J213AAABAZ original spares produced by Endress--Hauser

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMP46RC23S6J1DGD by Endress--Hauser and 10260811 spares by Entrelec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
