Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 50H02-EB0A1RA0BAAW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Escap products, including obsoleted and phased-out Engineering-Graphics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Entran-Devices product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Escap such as the P430 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATS040B13502 manufactured by Engineering-Graphics and we are pleased to be able to service most Engineering-Graphics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EGBL12520 by Manufacturer Entran-Devices as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Erhardt--Leimer Brand FX4631 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ese such as ES590AP equipment made by Ese have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ese products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ese" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DO3001 made by Erhardt--Leimer as well as the popular FHX40A1B original spares produced by Endress--Hauser

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMS8205 by Escort and ES590AP spares by Ese are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
