Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Emx USVD-4X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foxboro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Foxboro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the CLS50O6A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 871CRA2T4B1L3R manufactured by Foxboro and we are pleased to be able to service most Foxboro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STCPR13NBS004 by Manufacturer Foxboro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Foxboro Brand IGP20TS3B01FM2L1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 3N1000FB103E2 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LS800 made by Gems as well as the popular Z18818TT6000401 original spares produced by Fairchild

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D0160RR by Foxboro and 3N1000FB103E2 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TA6000401 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fairchild.
