Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Emerson PLC II 1580-4200 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Axiomtek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Semikron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Axiomtek such as the SHB210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RLS1001111 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKKE60012 by Manufacturer Semikron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Phoenix-Contact Brand psmegrs232ttyp2k in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as SHND69120A equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S30A7011CA made by Sick as well as the popular PWLA8490MTBLK5 original spares produced by Intel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKDH14616L105 by Semikron and SHND69120A spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKD14512 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron.
