Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Emerson-Chromalox ARMTO-2XX ARMT0-2XX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nordson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Go product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nordson such as the 274791Damp274596E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2MLLEFMT manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 211516 by Manufacturer Go as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Littelfuse Brand FLSR30ID in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Han-Young such as GF7P41 equipment made by Han-Young have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Han-Young products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Han-Young" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CQM1HMAB42 made by Omron as well as the popular HK1112A14L00860002 original spares produced by Nemic-Lambda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE300S002017GAM30337 by Gamewell and GF7P41 spares by Han-Young are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 950HG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Luxtron.
