Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elo ET1937L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the IPC577 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HG2SSB62YHMK1312 manufactured by Idec and we are pleased to be able to service most Idec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC646TRT000D by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Idec Brand FC5AD12S1E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control such as HE500CTIU110P002 equipment made by Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G307K200 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular IDP3550RF120C original spares produced by Citizen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IIADP01PS006A by Abb and HE500CTIU110P002 spares by Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
