Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elo ET1524L7CWC-NL-GRY parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress-Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the PMC41RC11S4H11N1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7685060 manufactured by Emot and we are pleased to be able to service most Emot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 53H045CE50 by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Endress-Hauser Brand CLS82D10F9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Epson such as SKP415 equipment made by Epson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Epson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Epson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available N101852 made by Erg-Power as well as the popular 7P2CDP original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15T02SD2500C5RHVF00 by Encoder-Products and SKP415 spares by Epson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R2001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emabond-Solutions.
