Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electrol-Co. M4621AB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electrosensor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 0276638510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Y1A920001 manufactured by Emco and we are pleased to be able to service most Emco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS110 by Manufacturer Electrosensor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Emc Brand D8001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electromatic such as SV225120 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 601490B made by Electronics-Corp. as well as the popular PG5370 original spares produced by Eka

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1238163200132 by Elox and SV225120 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSA680 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elmo.
